1 General Provisions

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 750bd ("we", "platform") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

750bd is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and other interactive services. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 750bd:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+ users only).
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using online gaming services.
• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You confirm that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing this information or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 750bd support immediately.
• It is your responsibility to keep your information updated if it becomes incorrect or outdated.
• If information provided on an account is found to be false or misleading, 750bd reserves the right to close the account immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure security, 750bd may verify your identity at any time using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. 750bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

750bd currently accepts transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile banking and bank transfer methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 750bd reserves the right to hold unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

750bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The specific terms for each offer will be stated in the offer description. However, the following general rules apply in all cases:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10x (ten times). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 750bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• VIP cashback and other promotional benefits are subject to separate terms.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the 750bd platform are operated under fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, and it is every member's responsibility to be familiar with them before starting a game.

• Game outcomes are determined by a technically secure Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, 750bd reserves the right to void that round.
• If a game round remains incomplete due to a disconnection, 750bd will settle it according to the applicable rules.
• 750bd is not responsible for any faults in game providers' software.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any other tool that provides a strategic advantage during gameplay is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 750bd platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Illegal money laundering or any activity that is against the law.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Abuse of the bonus system, manipulation, or coordinated betting.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or servers.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Stealing or misusing another member's account information.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

750bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspected bonus abuse or fraud.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 750bd reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance in that account. However, in the case of voluntary closure at the member's request, any remaining valid balance will be returned, excluding any unearned portion of bonuses.

9 Responsible Gaming

750bd believes that playing responsibly creates a healthy and enjoyable experience. We ask members to keep the following in mind:

• Never bet with emergency funds or borrowed money.
• Do not place larger bets in an attempt to recover losses.
• Set a specific budget and stick to it.
• Take regular breaks and treat gaming as entertainment.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from third-party activities.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).

In no circumstances shall 750bd's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the member in the preceding thirty (30) days.

12 Changes to Terms

750bd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members on the platform.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, contact support to close your account.
